About Certifications:
At VACTEA, we use the word “Certification” to mean a credential such as a license, certificate, or award, that is verified by an outside authority such as a branch of government or a professional association. Certifications are often required to be able to perform certain jobs or parts of jobs, such as driving large trucks, servicing equipment such as oil or gas furnaces and boilers, or providing certain health care or emergency services.
