Welding – Basic

Learn skills in basic welding techniques as well as the safety procedures in this 30 hour hands on Basic Welding course.  Teaching can be accelerated depending on the student’s experience.

This class will meet on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Please note there is NO CLASS on October 31st. Classes start on Tuesday October 17th and end on Tuesday Novemeber 21st.

Many of our students qualify for the VSAC Advancement Grant to provide funding for this course. Reaching out to VSAC’s Educational Opportunity Counselor, Harka Khadka at khadka@vsac.org will help you get started.

*Please note that due to weather conditions, classes may be canceled.  These classes will be made up by adding an additional dates to the calendar.  Please keep an eye on your email the day of class for any important updates due to bad weather, etc.
