Careers in Banking and Financial Services

This hybrid training course is designed to prepare people aspiring for a successful career in a financial institution or the finance office within any business.  Course consists of two self-paced, online modules covering a wide range of topics including expectations for newly hired frontline employees, how to handle cash and checks and security situations, professionalism, customer service, and the promotion process for products and services.  In addition to the self-paced modules, there are four in-person classes with industry professionals that will allow participants to examine real-life scenarios like managing a cash drawer, processing checks, identifying forged or fraudulent documents, interviewing for a job, and more.
