Careers in Banking and Financial Services

This hybrid training is designed to prepare those aspiring for a successful career in a banking institution or financial services office of any business.  Two self-paced online modules cover a wide range of topics, including expectations for new frontline employees, handling cash and checks, handling security situations, professionalism, customer service, and promoting products and services. Three in-person classes with industry professionals allow participants to examine real-life scenarios managing a cash drawer, processing checks, identifying forged or fraudulent documents, interviewing for a job, and more!
