Mastercam is the industry standard for most small and medium size manufacturers in our region. This training will incorporate the use of camInstructor (https://caminstructor.com/) online training courses, which can be worked on outside of the regular class time. Students will get a 180-day license for camInstructor, which includes a downloadable version of Mastercam HLE. Mastercam can also be used as a fully integrated parametric modeling software and CAD system. An introduction to Verisurf CMM Inspection technology will also be incorporated into this course. Prior experience with a parametric modeling software and CNC machining is recommended.
