SERVSAFE® FOOD PROTECTION MANAGER

Earn the nationally-recognized ServSafe® Food Protection Manager Certification. Students will learn the importance of food safety and how to prevent the spread of pathogens in the flow of food from purchasing and receiving through serving and storing.
Registration for this course will close on March 20th. This is because important study guides must be distributed no later than March 24th. Please contact us if you have questions.
With over twenty years working in the restaurant industry, Chef Jeff Andre brought his skill and dedication in the field to St. Johnsbury Academy’s outstanding culinary arts program. He is an integral part of the team that trains St. Johnsbury Academy students to run the Hilltopper Restaurant.
