ServSafe Food Protection Manager Certification (Self-Study)
The VT Dept. of Health requires all restaurants to designate a person in charge who is a certified food protection manager. Meet this important requirement with a ServSafe® certification exam! You will learn the importance of food safety and how to prevent the spread of pathogens within a food service facility. Class is “self-study” – cost includes textbook, exam voucher, introductory meeting with exam proctor, and proctored testing. Exams are scheduled individually with each student.
